very bad service
After speaking to yet another complaints person we had a technician at our premises last week monday and i was promised feedback, i waited till last week thursday and sent an email to gosolr to get the complaints person to call me as they dont have direct numbers and till today there has been no contact made with me

07 Sept 2026, 13:39thank you for the above but this has been extremely frustating and has been going for more than a month m the first complaints person u kept on having to call and after two weeks of no answers i did another hello peter comolaint and got a nw complaints person who has dissappointed me again, the only time i get answers is if log a complaint on hello peter and then a quick response and everything goes dead.I even contacted the technician this morning who also sent a request for me to be called and still no call.
