Very bad experience

I am so tired of this Gosolr team excuses and management with they will get back to you and will report it. They refunded me on the monthly payment on the solar system that i have payed but not the extra money the system have cost me and they have the proof. And they let it sound like they are doing you a favour by doing it the system has not been working from the begining. I am on my 2nd set of batteries and 3 inverter and there is still issues on the system. It hasbeen more then 2 weeks to get someone to fix my gosolr app that is still not working correctly and my system.
