I have a new house at the Salta development in Umdhloti in KZN. I was very keen to use GoSolr as their rental agreement was attractive. Salta required to see the specs before approval as I was the first resident to request GoSolr. This proved to be a problem and I suggested a technician visit the property to discuss this with Salta’s electrical consultants. I was told they would only do that once I had signed the contract. I explained I could not sign until I had approval from Salta. Thereafter the response to my emails and phone calls stopped. If this pre sales service is the standard of GoSolr then I cannot recommend them and I decided not to use GoSolr. They have lost not just one customer but potentially many more from Salta as this is a new development.
