Unhappy client

Terrible disgusting service. Never has such bad service in a long time. It's been day 34 after installation and the system is still not working properly. We've been sending emails daily as well as phone calls. All they do is promise they going to send someone out and nobody comes out. We've even sent the CEO of Gosolr an email and yet nothing is being done about the situation. I would not hold my breath any longer and I will not recommend them to anyone. I have never had such bad service in a long time. Empty promises and just passing the buck from one person to another.
