Think Twice

Whilst investigating in installing solar with GoSolr and filling in the forms you are called non stop. You have not even accepted the deal and they pushing for the Admin fee. You pay and when you then change your mind, you don't get your refund. Even after cancelling weeks after they phoning to set up the install. Their model is questionable pay for 3 years and after year 3 you have the option to buy BUT at the full price. 3 years of payments and interest is not used. You supposed to save the monthly fee from you utility bill but this does not work unless in prepaid or bill is ready monthly. So you end up paying double. Injury to insult I get a call from a Director to say he will sort my Admin fee as long as I remove my review. I did No refund. So now back up and here it will stay.
