The best help ever!

I am more than delighted to award 5 stars because of the amazing help I received this past weekend. I am a client of Gosolr, and whilst I am an extremely practical and able person, I very recently lost my husband who would normally deal with anything of this nature. I wasn't aware that there was load shedding at the time, as my power fluctuated on/off, on/off over a period of 40 minutes. My neighbour is also a customer of Gosolr was not experiencing my problems and gave me the emergency help number to call which I did. The gentleman who came on the line was especially helpful, extremely patient gentle and kind and helped me understand his requirements from my end to sort my problem out, which we did. I would like to name Mfundo who in my opinion deserves recognition. Thank you Mfundo, you'll remember who I am!
