Thanks to Tali at Tech dept!
After initial problems where my solar panels were positioned incorrectly, Tali of GoSolr's tech department went FAR above the call of duty to assist me. She was so knowledgeable, and so kind and patient with me, which I truly appreciated. Others in this country sure could learn a helluva lot from her.
