Tamper Mode

Have recommended this entity to family member who is cleared for installation. However an issue that has been shared is once installation has been done, they have no power from Eskom/City Power due to tamper mode error displayed? Is this something addressed by installers on how to overcome this issue and is it resolved by you as part of installation? Not able to review actual installation as still on waiting list.
