Steer Clear. Haven't even started the process, but am very concerned for the future.

It's a pity that you have to go so far into the process to realise how pathetic their service is. They are over encumbered with work, yet they keep taking on more business and are not delivering on their promises. I have requested this installation on the 17th of January already, and their promise is to install within 6 to 8 weeks. Nobody takes accountability at their end and they do not have enough suppliers to do the work. Unfortunately, they seem to embody a company, which is feeding off of the desperation of South Africans, which will take all the money they can, and leave you with the remains of a business being *********.
