So...after i did my paperwork...paid the admin fee.. Instelation was booked for today.....they came to my hiuse..and thank goodness i was home.....they unpacked everthing...and i check the invertor..it was taken out from a other client..repaird as it still had the repair jobcard taped to the front..scrathed badly on all corners...i then politly aked the installer why..and he told me it was given to him ..to install at my house...ok..told them to pack up and leave my property... Please see that my admin dep is refumded or it will be consider theft....this is the pathetic cuatomer service..trying to install a 2nd hand unit and i am paying for a new invertor.. I will be posting these pics off the invertor yiu tried to install by my house..EVERYWHERE
