Shocking service, no feedback
Absolutely disgusting service. They cannot answer their phones and emails go unanswered. Listed us 4 times one their stupid system as applying for credit - same time down to the minute, same date. Will they help us - in your dreams!!!! One can see from their disgusting reviews that all they are is a company who cares nothing for their clients. Thank goodness we never ended up going with them judging by their HelloPeter profile.

20 May 2023, 10:08No contact still from GoSolr and they try to reply privately thinking they can fob this matter off further. I’ll be heading to the Ombudsman next and CPC as their treatment of a client doesn’t warrant them being in business.
