Shocking service!!!!

I am not sure if I am will recommend this company to others at the moment???? Reuben started all very pleasant with me in the beginning of my process, but since then all I have had from Gosolr is broken promises and no results!!!! Have paid the R1499 to them to get my installation done and still waiting for Them to get back to me. Have spoken to everyone on the phone and not once have anyone stuck to their comments of getting back to me. Sent plenty of emails to Reuben etc and eventually get a reply from him "saying sorry but the company is SO BUSY!!!! AND THE TURN AROUND TIME IS TWO TO THREE WEEKS. but Luke will get hold of me when he can to see when the have an opening to assist me?????, and here I sit again with not having a date, time booked but yet they have my money!!! I live in a huge complex and I have owners who will wanting to use this company as well as the Home Owners Association who are looking at them as well, so I don't think any of them in Gosolr are really serious about the kind of reputation that they will get should they not get back to me regarding my installation. This is shocking as they put huge pressure on me to pay this upfront fee and nothing has been about getting back to me. I have a list of people whom have spoken to and they all have "said I will get back to me" really guys!!!!!!!!
