Shocking after sales service

The installation was great, however after sales service is shocking, we have yet to receive our COC, installation took place 2 and a half weeks ago! We have requested the insurance sum so many times that is ridiculous. T & C state that we must insure the system for damage, theft etc, how are e supposed to do this when you don’t send the relevant info? Shocking at the least. You can’t even reach them by phone as none of their invoices / quotations supply telephone numbers for accounts etc.
