Seriously unhappy customer
I've ordered a 12kw system from them. They came to install the system but installed an 8kw system. I've tried to call a manager to discuss the issue ( 15 calls) I've still no been able to get hold of the, or them phoning me back. I can't access the Solis clod system that is supposed to give me information on the system, not to mention the issues I had to try and connect my geysers in the system, which is still not working...
