referral not credited
I’m following up on a previous complaint I submitted regarding a referral credit that was not app**** to my account. A representative contacted me and acknowledged that the issue was due to an error on your end, and I was assured it would be resolved by the end of last month.
However, I’ve noticed that the full amount was still deducted from my account without the referral credit being app****. Could someone please look into this matter and provide an update?
