Read the fine print before signing a contract with these ******

Since installed we have been having issues with the solar system, it doesnt charge properly and every now and then it stops charging completely and the we sit in the dark for a week. Every time we phone them and ask them to have a look at what the issue is they dont answer the phone and dont send someone out to resolve the issue. Read the fine print when signing the contract because once you install the system you cant get it removed unless you pay around R35k to remove it or buy the whole system for a ridiculous amount. The contract said that the first 3 months is free and you dont have to pay anything but after the first month they wanted a payment. I then payed them anyways and they said that i didnt pay, so i had to show them the proof of payment. They cant get back to you when you have a problem with the solar system but they can contact you very fast when they want a payment done. These guys are super unprofessional and lousy. I do not recommend anyone to do any business with these guys because they are useless and a bunch of ******, i will be taking legal action against them.
