Professional service and technical support.
I'm a 70 year old, with no technical knowledge regarding our system. We experienced a power problem at approximately 6:30 am. I phoned the 24/7 helpline and spoke with Jamie, who very calmly and expertly spoke me through the process on getting the power back on. His knowledge of the system was absolutely perfect and the way he managed to keep me calm, answering all of my questions and guide me to success. Jamie came across as very professional with a calm disposition. An asset to the company. Thank you once again Jamie. Regards Laurence Markus
