Pathetic service
Installation was not complete it is taking us over a month to resolve the issue. the customer service is very bad their response time is very bad, their lines are so bad. I have sent emails upon emails only to receive a response from finance one month after. I put a stop to the debit order now I see all the calls coming through but their line is so bad I can't even have a decent conversation with them. Good system but a very bad installation process and customer service is pathetic.
