Overall happy
Professional installation team who were really helpful. Found the initial understanding of the system, and explanations of it, a little confusing but perhaps that's our tech-challenged understanding as much as anything else - the team did really try explain. Perhaps some follow-up calls now and then or a tech assistant arriving to do a house call and see if there's anything we still don't understand might be nice. Overall, though, really happy with the equipment, the company is decently accessible for tech assist - mostly all good.
