Outstanding Service // Truly Above and Beyond

Mr. Imtiaz Floris from Go Solar has been nothing short of exceptional. He began assisting me on 24 December 2025 and stood by me every step of the way until every issue with my solar system was fully resolved.

From diagnosing and resolving a faulty inverter, coordinating a full replacement, restoring apps that were repeatedly going offline, to navigating and fixing complex account-merging issues.

Mr. Imtiaz handled it all with remarkable patience, professionalism, and dedication. No matter how challenging or time-consuming the problem, he never once stepped back or gave up. He stayed committed until everything was working perfectly.

What truly sets him apart is his unwavering support and follow through. He didn’t just provide service, he took ownership of the entire process and ensured a complete resolution.

I can confidently say that 5 stars simply isn’t enough to reflect the level of service I received. Mr. Imtiaz represents excellence in every sense, and Go Solar is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber.
