Not saving at all and a lot of battery en system problems

I had it with this company, from day one this system was not working properly and every time I call they just made a few changes and it's supposed to be fine. I am paying more for electricity with this solar system as to what I was paying before. The battery does not change and switch off. With the few times of loading shedding we only had power for 45 min. Waiting again for feedback on when someone will come and have a look to sort out the problem. Changed my banking details and noticed that they debit the new account and tried to debit from the old account as well not sure why. Would not recommend this system to anyone. Quick to take your money but not helpful to assist with problems.
