Nonela@GoSolr- what amazing service!!!
Just recently installed GoSolr, and I have to commend Nonela for her outstanding customer service. What an amazing lady! We were struggling to find something on the app related to battery mode and couldn’t remember our password. She patiently guided us over a WhatsApp video call for over an hour, walking us through everything step by step.
There are very few people like her in the world. Thank you, Nonela! I truly hope GoSolr recognises and values you—your customer service is simply amazing.
