Non-Functional Solar System & Unresolved Issues

We have called support and logged emails but To date, the system has not been operational, and despite our efforts to resolve these matters, the following critical problems remain unresolved:

1. Non-Functional System & App: The unit and accompanying app has been working intermittently since installation, leaving us unable to monitor or utilise the system. 2. Battery Error: Persistent battery errors have not been resolved, despite our requests for assistance. 3. Missing Compliance Certificate: We have yet to receive the necessary compliance certificate, which is a legal and safety requirement. 4. Lack of Benefit During Load Shedding: Due to the system’s failure, we continue to endure power outages without any relief, contrary to the promised benefits of solar installation.
