NON-EXISTING ACCOUNTS DIVISION ! POOR SERVICE ! ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
No Accounts Department you can get in contact with. No one available in Accounts to speak to in order to resolve their mistakes on Billing. Confirmation received of GoSolr receiving the emails, and guarantees feedback withing 24-48hrs. This has been an ongoing issue since August 2025 - 9 Months later still not resolved! What industry or business in the current age, has only a "Customer Service" / " Sales" division you can get in contact with, but email their bills very promptly! Total incompetance and very frustrating to customers! POOR SERVICE
