Non existent support

We recently installed for the small PV system from GoSolr. The monthly instalments seemed like a good deal. Installation went well and the system ran well for a month and a half.

Trouble started when the system started tripping due to what seems like an earth leakage. I contacted GoSolr support and a whole week went by. To this day no one has come to investigate and fix the issue.

What’s makes it worse is that you can’t use another company to fix any issues since this will void the warranty on the system so now I am stuck with a faulty system and no support to come and fix what should be a simple electrical fault.

Beware of the lack of support and think really carefully before signing up. I am on day 8 and still no one from GoSolr is contacting me to come and fix the issue.
