Non-compliant solar installation – no circuit breakers, incorrect wiring, zero support
I’m dealing with a serious safety issue after my installation by GoSolr, and no one is taking responsibility or attempts getting back to me to resolve the issue
The system was wired incorrectly, and: - My tenant is now running on “free electricity” due to incorrect wiring - The circuit breakers are bypassed - A GoSolr quality inspector confirmed the wiring is too thin, shouldn’t be joined during installation and promised it would be fixed which is over 3-4 weeks now and no one has reached out to me since then.
No follow-up, no technician, no communication, no response To make matters worse, support tickets are being closed without fixing the issue.
This is not just poor service — it’s dangerous and non-compliant.
If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter and stop payment
