Non-Compliant Installation and Lack of Response

Dear GoSolr Team,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a serious issue encountered during the process of selling my property. The buyer will be taking over the GoSolr system, and as part of the transfer process, I am required to obtain a Certificate of Compliance (COC).

It has come to my attention that the inverter batteries were installed in an open area that is frequently accessed and used by people. As per compliance regulations, this is not permitted. As a result, I am now facing significant and unexpected expenses to rectify the installation in order to obtain the COC.

At no point was I informed by your team that the batteries needed to be installed in a closed, restricted-access area. This lack of guidance and failure to comply with basic installation standards reflects negligence on the part of your electricians, and I am extremely disappointed by the situation this has created.

Despite reaching out to your team for a resolution, the communication has since gone silent. We have followed up multiple times, but our calls and emails are now being ignored.

The current delay is solely due to your team’s failure to meet standard compliance requirements.

I trust this will be treated with the urgency it deserves.
