Nobody does it better than GS!!!!!
After months of struggles, I can finally say that our system is performing flawlessly. and the savings are more evident now than ever before (even when factoring in seasonal changes).
The company has shown true customer support which is second to none. The results obtained when the Gosolr team puts their hearts and minds into client satisfaction is unbelievable. Our whole family believes the recognition cannot just be given to one person, but rather to each employee involved in the matter.
Beulah style of support is top class and she kept my mother updated every step of the way, and rep**** to emails very quickly. Top class support from her really. Nabeel assisting late at night to perform battery stabilization settings, and adjusting the settings of the inverter to give us the best result. He has assisted in bringing the DL5.0 battery state of health back to 100%. Thys understood the assignment yesterday and has shown outstanding and remarkable workmanship, with a high degree of accuracy and understanding. The wiring of our multiple DB boards are complicated to a certain extent. That guy knows the job finish a klaar. Sharaad has assisted with understanding my query and reasoning behind why we felt certain components need to be installed at dedicated places.
The Nonstop Solar team has went the extra mile to split the essential and non-essential circuits. They even went as far as paying random visits to the house to ensure we are satisfied. Oom Callie, Simplice, Wilko and Angelo has ensured that their installation quality remains of the highest standard.
The Strauss family would like to that Gosolr for everything done so far, and we hope each name mentioned gets recognition for their efforts.
To anyone wondering if they should sign up to a GS package or not.....Dont think twice, really!
