No Service at Gosolr

If I could give half a star I would, initially after being recommended by a few people of what great service Gosolr has provided, I ended up choosing them over a pricier counterparts, Initial onboarding and sales service was excellent. Until exactly 3 weeks ago a faulty Solis inverter that's not reading grid power, came out to have a look by Installation company, a week later was collected, then waiting a week to be told after i phoned again that it was indeed faulty and would be repaired, now in the 3rd week still need to follow up myself stating its being escalated then they will deliver and install and end up that nothing is done. I am actually at the point to tell them to collect their stuff as they not adhering to their contract witch, we as clients sign. Murphies Law power just went off in our suburb and no solar power and don't know how long our power will be off for ***
