No response in 5 working days

So many companies complain about business and the tough economic times, yet, when a serious customer approaches them, they leave them hanging. Tomorrow will be a week since I sent a simple enquiry to *** and they don't care to respond. If I was a business, I would respond to queries like immediately. Customers are craving good customer service.

If companies want to have a web presence, they should commit to it.

Needless to say, they will NOT get my business.
