No Response from Gosolr: Poor customer service

We have 2 properties here we make use of Gosolr. They're prompt on collecting fees, not so great to resort to problem solving.We have had problems with the solar panels flapping against the tiles when wind speeds are above 8 m/ s. In spite of at least 3 site visits this issue hasn't been sorted out yet. Now with the onset of winter we have substandard performance by the system. And our usage behaviour hasn't changed. Even on bright and sunny days the batteries do not get charged above 60%. And the system runs flat long before 20h00 at night.
