No Customer Support, high exit fees and useless finance team

Geez, these guys has zero customer service and when you get to work with someone, you have to explain from the start. They have no internal structure to manage a client. Also, their finance department is non-existent and offer no support.

I have been in the process to downgrade with them and we are closing onto a year with this request. I also suggested a deinstallation, but they have a massive deinstallation fee, so decided not to go with it.

I am now being listed at the credit bureau for not paying the deinstallation, even though we never went through with it. So there might be legal actions coming their way.

Save your money, save your time and rather go to someone else. Don't get stuck with them
