****ming solr

Go Solr is a **** from month one their optimisation tools so called the brain is completely brainfead.

I have been calling them from the day after install tell them their system does not function correctly then their consultants tries to argue that their system works as they are trying to separate their optimisation tool from the rest of the system but the complete system malfunctions as It switches on and off the geyser on the not set times.

The most frustrating thing is i said that they need to remove their malfunctioning system as i think a consumer has his full right but then they hold their ****ming clause of the removal fee.

I was then asked and promised the things was fixxed and monitored by them but guess what its still malfunctioning.
