It's worth the wait

Started off shaky because I filled out the wrong address on the application form. But Hope at the GoSolr call centre guided me through the application properly & did not leave the call until I was happy. We knew there was a long waiting list so I paid the deposit & forgot about it. 4 weeks later and they came to install it. Arrived at 9am (as promised), all done by 5pm. Nathan & his team were very knowledgable. Left our property spotless. Testing was done until we were happy. When load shedding hit at 10pm that evening, we didn't feel a thing. Yes, there are niggles and yes, we're all frustrated with the situation in the country. But supporting a small business that is offering peace of mind is so worth it! Best decision ever.
