Invalid COC issued from Gosolr

Recently sold my property and the new owners was willing to take over my current rental agreement.

When the electrician came out to do a COC on our property they discovered that the solar installation was not complaint and the COC Gosolr issued was invalid. Now the new owners informed us that they no longer willing to take over the agreement as they have lost trust in the system and in Gosolr. I requested Gosolr to come and remove their faulty equipment so that our property can be issued with a new COC. I refused to pay for the removal as its their fault and now its delaying the process to get the property transferred to the new owners. I have tried to call customer service today and was only sent a email with a invoice attached.

If they have done a proper installation from the start and followed all the correct regulations I would not be is this position and now they want me to pay to come and remove their faulty system.
