Incredibly helpful service representative
I was also fortunate enough to be assisted by Ebrahim for the past three days. I had an unusual set of circumstances and he navigated me through the system to accommodate my needs with his helpfulness, prompt answering to emails (one a distress call because I could not receive the deposit invoice) and generally happy demeanour every time we communicated. Being in a service industry myself, I know the importance of customer management. Ebrahim is going to go far in his world.
