I had an issue with my battery inverter system

I had an issue with my battery inverter system. I discovered the issue was self inflicted. Dealing with Support Advisor, Shamiema, was such a pleasure. She was very patient and pleasant over the phone and she tried her best to resolve our issue over the phone. When we were not able to resolve the problem she arranged for a technician to do a site visit. They were very quick to respond. The technician even took the time out to run tests on the system while he was out on site. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend this service.
