HORRIBLE SERVICE!

If i could rate their service 0 i would - We have been struggling for over a month for them to come out and fix our installation! For all the power we are generating through the Solar Panels we are paying Eksom as well. The installation was not done correctly. We are basically paying double for electricity. The whole point of going solar is to have a cost saving on our Eskom bill as well which is not happening. We have been phoning and mailing numerous times the last month for them to come and sort out our issue. There is also no ticket or reference number provided each time we made contact with them and every time we need to explain the whole situation ALL OVER AGAIN to no avail. We even started posting on their Facebook page for someone to at least make an effort to try and sort out the issue, but the only thing they have done is remove their rating tab as well as the ability to comment on their post. There is absolutely NO SERVICE from them and would not recommend them to anyone. They are quick to take your money but do not assist you when there's issues with the installation.
