Highly disappointed Gosolr

Have been phoning Gosorl and Sparki Solor on numerous occasions. Nobody picks up the phone or responds to my telephone calls or SMS's. This is very disappointing. This was not what they promised us. We are very frustrated and annoyed. Unfortunately we recommended Gosolr to one of our friends. They took up Gosolr's offer. In hindsight we should not have done this. I have also not been able to get a copy of our lease/rental agreement from Gosolr. I cannot pay for something that does not work. I want to cancel my agreement with them. I will certainly not recommend them to anybody else. Very disappointing. I would urge anybody wanting to install solor not to use Gosolr.
