Happy GoSolr Customer
I have been using GoSolr's services for the last 12 months. It has been a great experience overall. Installation was quick and efficient. The system has worked extremely from day 1. The app is great in tracking savings made over time. I would have given this a 5 star rating. The only feedback I would provide is to create better processes around annual servicing. This needs to be better scheduled with customers, and the servicing team needs to be properly equipped. The agents arrived for the service in a banged up bakkie and needed me to supply some material.
