Great service experience!
Great service and communication from the technical team. A HUGE thank you to Amber, who was absolutely amazing and really went the extra mile with ensuring that I was assisted, and transferred me to Mfundo who then handled everything and ensured our inverter was up and running. From his exceptional assistance with troubleshooting, to his exemplary communication, providing updates throughout the process leading up to installation AND checking in afterwards. He was an absolute star and deserving of all five stars!!!
