GoSolr, you have restored my faith

Wow, way to go! Despite teething problems with a faulty battery, and sadly unfortunate that I first had to write a very disappointed and negative review, GoSolr came to the "party" with a bang. Enrico contacted me, and despite my doubts, and previous negative experiences with the call centre, the support team arrived the very same day that he contacted me, brought a new battery to replace, and came to check and complete final installation this morning. All the while, Enrico took personal "ownership" and control, and phoned to check up numerous times, even staying in touch via his private cell on whatsapp. Most impressive of all, is that, for the inconvenience, GoSolr is not going to run my debit order for one entire month. Thanks also goes out to Jason and Tasmeen. Well done, you all have completely restored my faith in deciding to use your company!
