GOSOLR 's disastrous admin

I have received poor service re my application to this company. It has been 2 months of frustration to sort out above-mentioned application. I cancelled the application as I had no confidence in their service delivery and requested a refund of my deposit. To date that request has not even been acknowledged. Since yesterday, I have been flooded with some of their clients' emails making arrangements for their solar installation. This is in breach of POPIA and very annoying. This is just another example of GOSOLR's disastrous admin.
