Gosolr in the darkness!

I have had quite an infuriating time with Gosolr. The system is faulty and we just cannot get them to repair. Numerous emails, phone calls and still the problems exist. Tonight our town is experiencing outages and the solar system is not functional. What must one do to get some joy from this company?

We were also promised that our referral will get a discount. They to this day have not heard a thing. Some empty promises.

Are there perhaps other solar companies that could take over the system, repair it and pay gosolr out???
