GoSolr helpdesk - great!
Phoned GoSolr at 5am this morning with, what I thought, was a problem coming from solar installation. Was helped by Washfieqa Brandt. A calm and efficient response - grateful for excellent service. (It wasn't the solar system, it was the water pipes :))
