GoSolr goes quiet after receiving payment!
I app**** for one of their packages in January and was promptly sent documentation that had to be signed and credit checks were done. I paid a deposit and after that it went quiet. No feedback unless I had to engage numerous times. Eventually I was told that they do not operate in my area. This after I had already paid the deposit. It has now been a month and I still have had no success in getting a refund. This borders on ******** if you send out contracts, take someone's money and then you disappear. I kept being told that they will contact the "team" and revert. Promises, promises. Stay the hell away!!

07 Mar 2023, 15:02I still have not received my refund, even after this was "confirmed" by Gosolr. Tried calling the call centre and was told that my application was still open and no refund has been processed. Then got cut off. I want a number of a senior executive in this company that I can call. I will be looking at opening a case with SAPS as money has been taken from me and no service provided. There has been no effort to remedy the situation. Also interesting to note that one is unable to comment on social media sites as well.

I still have not received my refund, even after this was "confirmed" by Gosolr. Tried calling the call centre and was told that my application was still open and no refund has been processed. Then got cut off. I want a number of a senior executive in this company that I can call. I will be looking at opening a case with SAPS as money has been taken from me and no service provided. There has been no effort to remedy the situation. Also interesting to note that one is unable to comment on social media sites as well.

Massive coincidence. I will see it a lesson learnt and will look elsewhere for services in this industry.
