GoSolr emergency support after hours
I've contacted Gosolr just before 16h00 about our system that was not working. We didn't have any power in our house although the grid was on and the batteries was fully charged. They immediately acted, asked for photos of the inverter, db boards etc. and stay in contact via whatsapp the whole time. They send a team out that started working at 17h30 and only left our premises around 19h00 after power was restored and everything was working. Thank you Gosolr and support staff for your assistance and quick response ...... we receive excellent service.
