Gosolr disaster.
Gosolr use 3rd party installers, in my case Non Stop Solar. What a disaster. My solar installation commenced 3 June. On the 12th July the installation is still incomplete, they have wrecked my DB Board. It seems that Gosolr's contractor have themselves appointed another contractor. The electrician who was sent is not only unqualified, but clearly has no clue what he is doing. .There is no one other than the call center to contact.
Andrew Middleton has built a great concept but is being badly let down by the independent installers. He is wise not to have a social media presence.
Use one of the other solar-as-a-service options. Avoid Gosolr.
