Goslr doesnt solve solar issues for 6 months
Since December 2024 there's been a spike from an average usage of 500w ph to 2.5 kw sometimes 10.5 kw an hour. Goslr just doesnt seem to take us serious in getting this resolved. our Eskom account is running into thousands of rands, without them assisting or contribute to extra costs. We need to manually change over each day to use Solar. Geyser and Stove not even on an earth leakage but COC issued by Nano. I requested for removal of the solar since its not working as promised, but now i need to pay a de-install fee, this is not an honest company and take people for fools and rides. I will not recommend Goslr to anyone ever.
