Good products, installation team needs better training.
The products Gosolr use are of really great quality. The system was implemented, i did some research as the base configuration they do is for best uptime in the event of an outage and not for cutting costs, through some checks and advice the system was adjusted to run more optimally in terms of savings and cut my daily usage of power in half.
The installation team (sparki) unfortunately needs to step up. They install in such a way that's convenient and easiest for them and not in terms of best practice. They did not even have the correct stickers to label and borrowed blank labels which were written on.
In closing, make sure you do your research about placement and location and best methods before letting them come out.
